you said the world was magic i was wide-eyed and laughing
we were dancing up to the bright side
forget about your ego forget about your pride
and you will never have to compromise...

Hebrew gone
Also English syntax. Sorry. I imagine in half an hour or so I'll have returned to normal English. But the Hebrew exam is done, which means that the Hebrew course also is done. It means also that I have the rest of the term to ponder music, meaning, and liturgy. Hurray for that!
So glad to hear that hee-boo is over. I struggled with Hebrew, but Greek--Greek made me a crazy lady. I was never so happy as when I finished Greek. Ish. I'd love, sometime, to hear what texts you used for the music and theology class.

Mazel Tov!
We've used Blackwell's The Sacred in Music and Begbie's Theology, Music, and Time. I haven't been totally bowled over by either of them.
Tov me'od (geez, it's hard to do Hebrew diacriticals in plain text!)
