Harry, Harry Potter...

Yes, I own it. Pippa made sure that the postal service would leave my book at their house, and now it's made it safely to me.

Secretly (well, not so secretly now), I'm behind in my attempt to reread the first five before book 6 came out. But I still really want to do it, so now I'm just going to have to finish the second half of book 4 and read book 5 with book 6 sitting there tempting me. This is what happens when I don't do my work on time. ;)

Now I'm going to stop posting and go read, like millions of other HP fans the world over.

In a brief homilette yesterday with the boys at RSCM I referred to today as the feast of Harry Potter--I have a copy as well, procured by the bookstore at Trinity, Tulsa. The head proctor of the course came up with new words for "Hail thee festival day" to make the occasion; unfortunately I don't remember what they were.

Emily, my son Noah (age 20, directs a children's choir in Ohio) was just at RSCM and has a copy of the psalm setting they sang there, with words to celebrate the new Harry Potter book. Interested?
