I didn't set my alarm last night. There was no mass this morning, so I thought I'd sleep in, and it was lovely to get close to 11 hours of sleep.
It meant, though, that I woke up at 10:30 to the following outside my window:
(Imagine stereotypical old people voices)
woman: THIS IS A SEMINARY!
man: WHAT??
woman: IT'S AN EPISCOPAL SEMINARY! THEY WORK HARD DAY AND NIGHT, AND AT THE END IF THEY'RE LUCKY THEY'LL BE EPISCOPAL PRIESTS!
man: GOOD FOR THEM!
I heard that, rolled over, saw that it was 10:30, and thought to myself, "day and night, hunh? guess I'd better get up"
I'm going to shower now and try to get to the grocery store and back by lunch, before some sneaky grocery store owner decides "NO GROCERIES FOR YOU!"
