Jane: What's next after we get through death in AKMA's class?
Me: Misery and frustration.
Jane: Oh, yay. What's after that, abuse and neglect?
Me: No, church and state.
Jane: Yeah, that's what I said, abuse and neglect.
I like Jane. She's funny and she makes good chai.
